Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment, we generally do not offer refunds. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

No Refund After Download

Once the worksheet pack has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed, we are unable to process a refund. This is standard practice for digital goods.

When We Do Offer a Refund

• You were charged but never received the download link due to a technical error on our end.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The files you received were corrupted or completely different from what was described.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
